1. Who we are

Maroyas is a creative strategy duo for DTC brands, run by Marouane and Yassine. You can reach us at hello@maroyas.com.

2. The free tools

Our calculators, generators and checkers are free to use. They give estimates and suggestions based on what you enter and on general benchmarks.

• They are for information only, not financial, legal, tax or professional advice.
• Results depend on your inputs and can't predict real ad performance, revenue or profit.
• Check anything important before you act on it. We aren't responsible for decisions made using the tools.

You may share results and link to the tools. Please don't copy the tools themselves onto another site or scrape them in bulk.

3. Intro calls and free ad teardowns

Intro calls and teardowns are free and don't commit you to anything. A teardown is our honest opinion of your ads and the ideas we'd test first. It isn't a guarantee of results.

If you can't make a booked call, please reschedule or cancel from the calendar invite or email us so we can free the time. We may decline or reschedule a call or teardown if it isn't a fit or our calendar changes.

Anything you share with us for a call or teardown is treated as confidential and handled as described in our privacy policy.

4. Paid work

Test sprints, monthly plans and other paid projects are quoted in writing and governed by the agreement we sign for that project, including scope, price, timing and payment. Unless that agreement says otherwise, the ads, scripts and raw files we make for you become yours once they're paid for. We never promise specific results such as a return on ad spend, because nobody can honestly guarantee them.

5. Our content and the work we show

The text, design, code and tools on this site belong to Maroyas unless stated otherwise. You may read, share and link to them, but not republish them as your own.

The work and testimonials on this site are shown with permission or are our own. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to describe work we did. If you think something here shouldn't be, email us and we'll look at it straight away.

6. Using the site fairly

• Don't submit false information or someone else's details through our forms.
• Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the services behind it.
• Don't use the site to send spam or anything unlawful.

7. Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as client sites and platform documentation. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

8. Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or the free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. If you have a concern, email hello@maroyas.com first and we'll try to sort it out fairly and quickly.
